Questions
Trials, answered
- Does NoBill stop the charge?
- No. It warns you before the trial converts and shows the cancel steps. Stopping it is your action, in the provider's account.
- What if the trial date is not in my screenshot?
- The entry appears without a date and the app asks you to add one. No date is guessed.
- How far ahead is the warning?
- Before the conversion, by e-mail and push. Ordinary charges get a reminder 1–3 days ahead, and you choose how many.
- The trial already converted. Is it too late?
- For that charge, yes — refunds are the provider's policy. The subscription still goes on the list with its cancel steps, so the next one does not catch you.
- Does it find trials I forgot I started?
- Only if they appear in what you upload. A trial billed through the App Store shows up in the App Store subscriptions screen; one billed directly may only show in an e-mail receipt.
- Is this NoBill's own site?
- No. This page is published by the team behind NoBill and links to it.
